While the Altroz CNG was introduced in May, the pricing details for the Punch CNG were unveiled just last week. Notably, the brand has now disclosed the fuel efficiency specifications for both these models.

Powering the Tata Punch and Altroz CNG versions is a robust 1.2-liter NA petrol engine, expertly coupled with a five-speed manual transmission. In its petrol mode, this engine commands an impressive output of 84 horsepower and 113 Newton-meters of torque. Switching to CNG mode, the power slightly reduces to 72 horsepower and 103 Newton-meters of torque.

The Tata Punch CNG has earned a commendable ARAI-certified mileage of 26.90 kilometers per kilogram, while its counterpart, the Altroz CNG, boasts an equally impressive ARAI-certified mileage of 26.20 kilometers per kilogram.

As Tata Motors continues to make strides in the automotive industry, the future holds exciting prospects. Multiple model introductions are in the pipeline for the upcoming months, featuring noteworthy additions such as the Punch EV, Nexon facelift, Harrier and Safari facelifts, and the intriguing Curvv in both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) formats.
